What causes bladder leakage?

Bladder leakage and urgency are a very common problem, affecting millions of people for several reasons. Things like pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and obesity increases your chance of developing it. Contrary to popular belief, urinary incontinence is not a normal part of ageing. If the cause is treated properly, it can cure your incontinence.

Urinary incontinence can be helped with regular exercises targeting the pelvic floor muscles. Visiting your doctor or seeing a specialist can take a long time and exercises can be done incorrectly without proper guidance. Emma has created a four week audio program to guide you through these exercises correctly at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.

Emma’s pelvic floor training course

The course includes twelve audio sessions that will be delivered completely online so you can listen and train at your own convenience.
